A Beautiful Practice For All Your Dental Needs
Office
Our practice is in a renovated house. We have been at the same location for over 50 years. Dr. Herrin has been there for over 29 of those years. Having been remodeled six years ago our office is very comfortable. The reception room has the feel of a coffee house.
Treatment
In discussing treatment we put our patient first. We talk about your health. Upon finding problems we discuss your options and let you decide the best course of treatment. Helping us determine the health of your mouth we use digital x-rays and laser cavity detection.
Community Service
By January 28th we will have completed our annual community food drive. The proceeds are donated to a local food pantry. Thru the year we participate in the Komen Walk for the Cure, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation and our famous Halloween Candy Buyback. We have collected over 700 pounds of candy the past three years. It is all donated to our troops serving overseas.
Hours
We have a variety of office hours Monday thru Thursday. We start early at 7AM. This allows you to see us before you go to work. We take a late lunch to allow you to see us on your lunch hour. Monday thru Wednesday we finish our day at 5PM, Thursday at 1PM.
Appointments
If you would like to make an appointment, please contact our receptionist, Connie by phone or email. Our office facilitates communications and emergency calls and appointments are available and welcome, especially for new patients seeking help.
Financial
We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. For patients who require major work, a complete payment plan is designed with an appropriate payment schedule. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. One item that we are particularly excited about is our ability to offer our patients interest-free monthly billing through CareCredit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for choosing our practice for your dental care.
